Came in for what I thought was an abscess but after x-rays Dr. Jin explained in detail the cause of gum inflammation. He also encouraged me to ask questions and addressed several other areas Ive always had issues with which turned out to be minor- sharp ridges from previous fillings with another dentist. Not once did he press me to do "this" or "that" with my teeth as a new patient, whereas I have felt this way with several other dentist. The staff were also very kind and communicative (including insurance plan). Dr. Jin also proudly saw me off with a yearly calander their office made, very nice gesture. Will go back!
