Terrance Gee I had a good first experience at Dream Smile Dental. I recently moved to the east bay and was looking for a new dentist for more convenience. This place popped up and I gave it a shot. They were friendly and were very flexible with scheduling a first appointment immediately. My cleaning went very smooth and nicely with Velma and their technician taking x-rays was also very communicative and friendly as well. Overall I would recommend and was in and out after a cleaning and exam quickly.

Jackie Have always had a pleasant experience with the administrators, dental assistants, and Drs. The team is not only professional but kind too and are always happy to answer questions and frequently check in with you during procedures to make sure you feel safe and as comfortable as possible. Always very transparent with pricing too which is hard to come by based on my experiences with other providers. Highly recommend!

Me G Friendly staff, but several months later received a bill. They said I never paid. But recalled paying for it but staff insisted I need to pay a balance. I just went ahead and paid. A year later I get a call from dental staff stating I owe an amount. I asked from which date and treatment. The staff said she would find out, look into it and she said from months ago. I told her I haven’t even been to that dentist in over a year. She said she would call me back after looking further into it. She called back and said it was an error. What’s strange is my two relatives who also went to this dentist years prior to me also had the same experience where they paid the balance but after months was told they still have a balance. My relatives told them they had already made payments. But staff insisted they still have a balance. Therefore, I stopped going to this dentist immediately and am happy at my new dentist office.

Edenson Olais Ive been going to Dr amor for 13+ years now, I have my wife and child going there too. I use to go right after work in Fremont but now I work much closer to home and I drive from Oakland to Fremont every appointment. My first visit was nervous, scared, feel like I was going to have a good talking to from my parent for not keeping up with my teeth kind of feeling. I mean it feels weird having a stranger all up in your mouth, right!? As soon as I came for my appointment, they were open arms and was non-judgemental about my teeth. theyre always understanding and caring about your well being. Well you can disagree about them playing Christian music while you get your teeth done, but I love it. (To me it kind of sueds my sole) they will understand if you cant pay your bill up front, theyll help you with a payment plan too. I can say I put about almost 5k to fix and maintain my teeth throughout the years, I hope your experience is wonderful like mines. Kristin Quan I have been coming to this dental practice for over 20 years! Each experience has been wonderful! It used to be Dr. Wong but he has retired and now Dr. Zarrinjooee (Dr. Z for short) has taken over the business and she is wonderful! I get the same excellent care. I live in Oakland and I make the commute to Fremont because its worth it! I dont feel any pain during or afterwards and my teeth feel so clean. Dr. Z is very friendly, compassionate, and detailed. She takes great pride in her work and has steady hands. She truly wants the best for her patients and their teeth. Joel is her assistant (he assisted Dr. Wong as well). He is friendly and does a great job in taking x-rays, assisting Dr. Z, and suctioning. He also remembers to always ask me if I brought my retainers to help me clean them. I highly recommend coming here. Smile Brite is located in a plaza with lots of parking. Dr. Z for sure accepts delta dental insurance so call to see if she accepts yours!

XY First of all, I didn’t see your response on this comment until today and I didn’t receive any phone call from anyone!! I gave this rate was not because you didn’t give that so called discount. It’s because you took pics of my teeth without telling me there is a charge or what the amount is. Probably you do this all the time to your patients so the patients didn’t know nothing except to pay!! While I just saw this now, I understand why you refused me making an appointment today. If I saw this before calling, I would never ever called you! I just wanted to tell people the truth. I called the LC dental yesterday to make an appointment and Dr Cao told me to call them the next day to arrange on Saturday for my teeth issue. However, when I called today to make an appointment, I was told by the front desk that the LC dental is too busy to take my appointment. I asked when they will be available and was told that they don’t know...The front desk then said they can introduce me to another dental. That was so ironic. If you don’t want to have me as a patient, that’s totally fine. Just tell me that you refuse to take my appointment!! Last, please remove the response to me last year because I don’t want to see your lie.

S S I had scheduled a simple teeth cleaning appointment, but when I arrived for my appointment, they required me to sign a consent form so that they could take dental X-rays. Since its not required, I refused and requested that only the teeth cleaning for which I had made an appointment be done. I had later offered to share my X-rays(on phone), which were taken a year ago, but they refused because they take X-rays of all new patients. They canceled my appointment because they couldnt make money since I refused to have X-rays. Since these X-rays are only covered by insurance once every five years and I just had my X-rays done a year ago, I would have had to pay out of pocket. Doctor, you wasted both my and your time. Tell your executives to clearly communicating patients about the "necessary dental X-ray" even if they only schedule a cleaning appointment. It wouldve been much easier if they had mentioned X-rays when I made the appointment.

Arooshi Bhargava I had my impacted wisdom tooth extracted, the post-op recovery is the smoothest. ofcourse, there will be mild discomfort immediately after the local anaesthesia wears off but thats normal, it needs to handled with anti-inflammatory anyway. I am a doctor too, and I am guaranteeing you, Dr. Jinjuwadias hands are so light that you dont even feel pain when hes injected local anaesthesia. The way my surgery was performed, I can guarantee he has HIGHLY practiced hands, and is worth every penny. Thank you Dr. Jinjuwadia!

Zelin Wang Ive never felt compelled to write a dentist review, but Dr. Tancio & his receptionist are the best dentist office Ive ever been to. He is super gentle but highly meticulous w/ your teeth. His office is always clean and conveniently located in Central Fremont. His receptionist is also friendly and relaxed. Ive been to a wide range of dentists in this and other areas who always charge addl copays, fees, etc. Dr. Tancio works with your insurance; Ive never once had to make an addl payment.

Me G I had dental work by Dr Amor and had paid co pay and amount due. A couple years later I get a call that I owe money for services from the previous year. I tell the staff who called me that I haven’t even been to Dr Amor on date the staff said I came in for a service. In fact I had been seeing another dentist for almost 2 years. The staff said she would check on it and said they made a mistake. It’s a good thing I didn’t pay that amount they claim I owed. Interestingly, I know someone else whom this also happened to. They were contacted many months later that they owe money and yet the person told me they had paid the balance a long time ago. Now I’m definitely questions the credibility of this office staff in making errors in collecting payments. If you go here make sure to get a detailed statement of what u owe and what you’ve paid and keep records. I definitely prefer to go to my current dentist.

Annie Huang Dr Alemu and her team have been wonderful! She is thorough, professional and does a great job explaining what she’s doing to your teeth. Some dentists that I’ve come across will do/say anything just to get your insurance money. I’m so so glad that this isn’t the case with Dr Alemu.
