Ms. May Zuse Best facial and chemical peel! Evania was very professional. She explained step by step what she was doing. She used the best products for my face. My daughters hair looks so beautiful and healthy, and Bryii talked to me about the process as aftercare the whole time which I greatly appreciate.

Katrina Skocz This salon is a true hidden gem. Ive never been loyal to any hairstylist until I found Lillian. She is beyond talented, has magic hands for precision cutting, styling and coloring. Have you ever seen a complete stranger in a grocery store with hair that looked so perfect that you couldnt help but ask who was her hairdresser?? Thats what happened to me (had never done it before!) and thats how I met Lillian. I even brought my two teenagers to her, including my 14 year old very picky son whom Ive never seen so pleased with the haircut before! Lillian is not only extraordinarily talented, she is also a beautiful soul with sweetest personality. Her prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of her work. All the other hairstylists at 2nd Ave Salon are great, very friendly and welcoming. The place has a relaxing, bohemian vibe. Highly recommended!

Roland Super sexist apparently if you are a guy you cant go dance if you are alone even if you want to only dance since "it might be offensive to the girls dancing". So basically unless you are with a girl you are not able to dance which is all that I wanted to do so this bar sucks

Ag Ramirez Called this place to ask if they cut kids hair and the lady tells me theyre busy right now and they cant do it. I then asked how much do they charge and she said didnt you call this morning and you have two kids. I told her I never called before that I only have one kid and she hanged up on me. Wow, what a customer service. By just a phone call you can already tell what kind of service they provide.

Val Montecino Susy the owner operator was very rude when I asked if my Grandaughters hair was cut in layers or straight since I noticed some ragged ends and was told by Susy to not complain and if I didnt like the cut to take her somewhere else. I had already paid her $35.00 for the cut with a $5.00 tip, I will never recommend nor return to that salon.

Katherine Hayes This place is okay just DO NOT get your eyebrows done by Vinni. Shes an older lady. This is my 2nd time getting her and she does not Do a good job. Last time she really messed up my eyebrows and she was the only one there available again today so I decided on giving her another try. She does them painful. She goes too fast. My eyebrows are crooked and theyre just not even. Horrible. When you go make sure its Niti she does a much better job, theyre even and shes MUCH nicer.

S L I’ve been going to this place to have my lashes done regularly for over 4 years. It lasts pretty long time as long as I take good care of it. Great customer service too as they listen to your opinions and concerns.

Alejandra Ramos-Chalé They burned my lashes...I was supposed to get a lash lift but instead, my lashes got burned and now the are 1/3 of the size I had before and they are falling out. Ive been researching with other lashe salons and they confirmed they left the liquid to lift them way too long. It was my first time, and i told the girl who "helped" me, she didnt explain anything to me and I had to stay there with my eyes closed for an hour, not knowing what she was doing. I could hear her clicking on her phone right by my head many times. She couldve easily lost track of time when she was on her phone. My lashes looked nice for that day, but the next morning they shrank and looked burned. I wouldnt recommend this place.

CORINA LOPEZ If you’re looking for your GO TO place for skin care services like facials, waxing, brow laminations/tinting, and lash lifts, THIS IS THE PLACE! I’ve had every single one of these services and let me tell you, they are all AMAZING! I suffer from hyperpigmentation and the facials leave my skin glowing. I get my Brazilian done here every 3 weeks and my skin stays so smooth and hair grows back so much thinner. My bushy brows stay in place so perfectly when I get them waxed, shaped, and tinted here every few weeks. Not only are the services exceptional, the decor is so stunningly beautiful. I won’t go to ANY other place. METIS IS THE BEST!

Kayla Pizzini I have been getting my hair done here for years and I have never had a bad experience. This was the first salon that was willing to give me (girl) an undercut without any judgement. The staff is the most friendly and accepting people I’ve ever talked to. They are so knowledgeable and help me create every half baked idea I have for a new style, color blend, or vibe. Not to mention the decor is the best and they have an area for new hair photo ops.

Sharon Romero By far the best salon I’ve ever been to. Love the spooky ambiance, awesome tunes playing all the time or a good movie. All the stylist here are total pros. Lora has completely transformed my hair for the better, she turned my multi colored mess into a lovely shade of buttery blonde. I will not go anywhere else from now on.

Nameless Ghoul Didnt have an appointment, but took the chance that they would take me as I wanted to get my hair cut on a whim. I walked in and was immediately blown away! I am a horror fan, not really a girly girl, but at the salon, I felt welcomed and not judged. Anyways, they were able to fit me in. I was helped by Roxi, she was amazing! I described what o wanted and she was able to do it! I absolutely love my hair! I finally found a place where I am comfortable, not to mention has an awesome aesthetic!

Brenda Miranda Nikki really is the best at what she does, this is my second time coming to her for lamination and I have no complaints. Ive left happy both times with my brows looking so good! Susan Walton I am in my early 60s and my eyebrows were getting sparse. I googled for the best permanent make up artist in the inland Empire and Gena Bradley’s name came up multiple times. I had hybrid brows done, and after the touchup I was thrilled. I also had designer eyeliner done as well. It looks amazing. It’s no wonder she is rated the best in the area. Mia Mae My husband went here to get his haircut and the lady did a very poor job. I feel these little hole in the wall shops need to have their stylists trained better on how to cut hair. He went there to get a trim and came out looking like the woman buzzed it. It doesn’t even look like she took care into what she was doing because the haircut is very uneven. One side of his head is super short and the other side is a little bit longer. Next time please listen to your client and don’t ruin their hair. We are never coming back here.
