5 /5 S L: I’ve been going to this place to have my lashes done regularly for over 4 years. It lasts pretty long time as long as I take good care of it. Great customer service too as they listen to your opinions and concerns.

1 /5 Alejandra Ramos-Chalé: They burned my lashes...I was supposed to get a lash lift but instead, my lashes got burned and now the are 1/3 of the size I had before and they are falling out. Ive been researching with other lashe salons and they confirmed they left the liquid to lift them way too long. It was my first time, and i told the girl who "helped" me, she didnt explain anything to me and I had to stay there with my eyes closed for an hour, not knowing what she was doing. I could hear her clicking on her phone right by my head many times. She couldve easily lost track of time when she was on her phone. My lashes looked nice for that day, but the next morning they shrank and looked burned. I wouldnt recommend this place.

1 /5 Dubon Management: If I could leave zero stars I would. I have brown lashes so I called ahead of time and was quoted $65 for classic fill. When I got there, the last tech told me she had no classics only had hybrid and I agreed because I was already there. When I paid, they told me $90. I understand that hybrid would be a little bit more but they charge me extra for the brown lashes when I was not quoted that over the phone and I asked for brown lashes to top it off, I feel my eyes were severely taped, and I walked up with my eyes severely red and burnt to the point that the technician put eyedrop and I’ve never had that experience in LA. They don’t even have bond which is not some thing I’m used to.
