Lesly Camila Castro I’ve been going to this salon for 2 years, I’ve never once had a problem until now. I won’t say the name of the employee because I will talk to the owner about everything, but they were very unprofessional. They kept switching with another employee and prioritized other customers walking in when i’ve already been there for 3 hours. They rushed everything, and even when i voiced my concerns they just came up with more excuses. I would love to go back and sort everything out, but definitely not with this particular employee. (Didn’t even get a discounted even when they filed under my nail and made me bleed :/)

Carissa Chavez I’ve been going to this nail salon since I moved to the Bay Area, and I haven’t had any issues. The people have done a good job and are usually very nice. Today I went in to have a broken nail fixed, and a technician whose badge said Tyler gave me an uncomfortable experience. It was so much so that I had to walk away and request someone else to do my nail. He poorly groomed the nail that was jagged underneath and tried to glue a new nail to it. He got glue all over my finger and the plastic nail kept popping off. While filing my nails, he was doing it so aggressively that it hurt the sides of my finger. He was applying the acrylic sloppily, and when he used the electric file, he cut me. I reactively pulled my hand back because it hurt. Instead of an apology, he blamed it on me for pulling my hand away. This is not at all acceptable client service. I’m pretty disappointed since I’ve had good experiences here thus far.

Tera Gale This nail salon is the best in town. The owners are absolutely perfect with their craft. They are personable, genuine, kind. The entire staff are the best at what they do. I have lived in Antioch all my life I have gone to multiple nail salons, Le Nails has always delivered a quality service. I was on of the first customers they had on the grand opening. I was 15 and im 38 now. I always get compliments when I have my nails done at LeNails.

Rhonda Garcia my 85 yr old mother-in-law and myself go here to get Mani pedi. They are always so welcoming, friendly and do a wonderful job. My MIL says this is the best place she’s ever went to.

Amy Gray I recently had acrylic nails done for $85 (before til), but unfortunately, they lasted less than a week. While I appreciate the effort put into trying different designs, I felt that the overall skill was average. I believe clearer communication could have improved the experience, as it seemed we were going back and forth on the design choices. I wanted to express my preferences, but it felt like my input was overlooked in favor of the stylists vision. In the end, I didn’t leave with the look I wanted, and it felt like I paid more than I should have.

Stephanie Carrillo Took my three cousins to get their nails done. I paid for two of them. I was charged $98 for child’s regular manicure and gel french tip manicure plus a $10 tip. I did not want to give them a tip but I felt pressured to leave them a tip. I don’t know why I was charged so much. The service is good but prices are outrages.

Kristie Drawe Really great reviews brought me here. Quality: average. You can look at the pics below. Layers not so even. Price: $28 for basic gel manicure. $38 gel manicure with soaking and massage. I guess thats California pricing. Service: friendly Cleanliness: seemed ok. I wasnt asked to wash my hands before and that was strange. Parking: plenty. Park next to the market.

Johanna Romero We got the first appointment of the day. They were fast and efficient. I will definitely be coming back. 2 standard pedis for $80. Update: Ive been here a couple of times now to also get gel manicures. I really like this place. Clean and kinda big and can usually accommodate for the same day.

Mariah Heneby Love this place. Called on a Saturday and they were able to get me in for a Gel Mani. I was with Terri and she was so sweet and funny and did an amazing job. Massage was nice and she made sure the nails were exactly how I wanted them. Salon is very clean and welcoming and beautiful inside. Will definitely be back.

I asked for a simple pedicure with gel color… My total was $120 - I didn’t bother asking for a breakdown because I knew I wouldn’t go back……

Gabrielle Hogue I got a pedicure first by a nice man, I don’t know his name unfortunately, he was quiet but he did a great job on my pedicure, was gentle, soaked and filed off my polish and did gel, very clean looks perfect, massage was quick and light tho, I like a little elbow grease lol. Kayla is a newer young girl who worked on my fill at the same time. A little rushed but I showed her a picture and she delivered then ate. All work was PERFECT and her shaping skills are amazing but could practice hand drawn design a bit, re-drew a few sparkles which is fine. I paid $105 for this plus gel pedi which is wow but could’ve been worse I was hoping for more like $85-90 which seemed to have been the price before design on my fill in (if that was the price they would easily be the best around no competition, 20 extra for design is not ideal) but I’m still happy with the work. She had no problems re-doing anything I wasn’t happy with. Also the man who seemed to be running the store was also very nice and offered me water (:

Corky Butler You couldnt convince me to go anywhere else. Always the best place to go, the atmosphere is always fantastic so warm and welcoming! They always do a fantastic job on my nails and my toes. They also do great work on the waxing.

shianne carr I’ve been coming to this salon for 4 years, only exclusively to see MiMi, she does the best nails in the entire city of Antioch (I’ve tried a few) The shop is clean and everyone is very welcoming and nice. Tiger is waiting at the door to great customers and offer water/snacks. 10/10 Beautiful Nail Art, any picture I show MiMi she makes it happen.

Rini Pu I was injured three times while getting a manicure. The technician was aggressive overall with the nail file, buffer, and cuticle tools. I ended up not completing the service and walked out because of how horrible the experience was. See pictures of my injuries. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

Her studio nail shop, "DP Nails" is clean, warm and welcoming making for a very relaxing and pleasant experience. My one on one time with Diana is always way too short, already looking forward to my next visit. Kimberly Rice It’s a comfortable and clean nail salon, the massage chairs are great. I tried this spot out on a whim and while the experience was decent, my manicure is pretty bad with bubbles and it’s uneven in spots - I got a gel mani pedi so it shouldn’t be that hard to get a decent finish on my nails. For the price the quality of my nails is not good enough for me to consider going back.

Kathy Bowen Yes girl! I have been going to a different salon for 2yrs and they have fallen off lately causing me to look for a new salon. Tried Lush after a few others and Lush is my new salon! Making my appointment was easy, I didn’t have to wait once I got there, my technician was super nice and gave me exactly the design I wanted. I went back a few days later and got a pedicure and once again the service was top notch! Definitely recommend this salon!

M B (Breeze) Definitely love Kelly! She’s been doing my nails since Fong was the owner (Nails by Jimmy) shop is too mainstream now and every 3-6 months the owner is raising the prices to fit her changes and all the upgrades and new polishes etc… I hate that! We already live in an expensive world and Fong barely raised his prices. I used to get nails and feet done every 2 weeks when he was the owner. When she took over, I go for a pedi only once every few months and buff my feet at home. I just don’t find it comfortable paying $55 now for a basic pedicure. It’s ridiculous and greedy. If Kelly ever leaves I will too! Unless I find another salon but I am VERY picky. But just becoming a new homeowner it isn’t worth it to spend this much. Even if I was a renter still, I wouldn’t want to spend my hard earned money on all her changes.

Rickelle Katona soooo so rude. i showed him a basic pink with cotton candy clear over and he said no he dont do any color i want and threw his hand in the air. he said this my customer so i have her color but you i dont have any color for you... so i walked out. i never have been treated like that at a nail place . so UNLESS YOU ALREADY A CUSTOMER WITH A VERY BASIC BASIC DULL COLOR HE AINT GOING TO MESS WITH YOU AND WILL SAY HE HAS NONE OF THE COLORS THAT ARE BEHIND HIM ON THE WALL

Curdria Stevens I love going to Randy‘s nails he always does my nails and he’s very good at it he has patience he does not rush and that’s what I love about him and he always make sure I’m happy when I leave out.no matter what I request he always tries to make it happen,if I don’t have an idea he will come up with one my nails are short so I just get overlay nails and when he do them he makes it look like as if I was wearing a long nails.that’s how much work and design and detail he put into my nails I rate him a five stars for that and because it’s very family friendly and they always treat my little girl like she’s one of theirs love love love this shop.

JAMIE ARSON The first few times i went to the salon for my acrylic nails i was happy, the spa pedicures were just mediocre, being new to the area this salon is about a 20 minute drive from me so i spent a few months trying to find a salon closer to home, unhappy with each of those services i returned for a new full set and to have my old set soaked off. I was sat in booth 3, My services took 2 hours, which wouldn’t have been an issue, if i weren’t quitely watching the mess occurring infront of me.. my nail tech seemed agitated with my request.. which was simple all black medium length coffin nails. I could see her right shoulder was in pain and tried to be understanding. As her frustration grew, and her time with me was running out and she wanted to go to her next client she was extremely rough filing my nails, into horrible shapes at that, she caused me to bleed on two fingers as she saws into them, and when one started pouring blood she seemed more upset at me once again, i held back my frustration and mentionedshe was being extremely rough. She finished very poorly but not as aggressively shaping my nails and asked if it was good enough.. not wanting anymore pain i said yes but could you please even the thickness and lumpyness out? She sighed heavily and aggressively sanded them down. All while this aggressive service was happening she was looking me up and down trying to upsell me more services all while doing the current service rushed rough and so aggressively. I guess my search for a salon is back on. Today my fingers are bandaged because the cuts open and close and are causing so much pain. It’s unfortunate that i have to wait to heal before i can even go pay someone else to fix this. I visited the salon 11-7/24 at 11 am and this was my experience

CHRISTINA Wagner I went in to get gels. Very nice people. I was suspicious at how inexpensive it was. Two weeks later the polish PEELED OFF. My nails were brittle and weak. I do not recommend this place for gels. My daughter’s normal nail polish wore off after a week. Terrible. Do not recommend.

Effie Ashley Wish I could give this business -0 stars. I took myself and my 3 kids to this nail spa and spent $480. My nails were horrible but I kept it didn’t complain. I booked another appointment to give them another chance. I went in for my appointment today and the lady was so rude. They did a horrible job and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The person they had helping me was at first trying to rip out a dip powder instead of using acetone. I had to tell him multiple times he was hurting me. After that, I’ll never go back there and spend my money.

Daisha Monée They sent me home with sooo many bubbles on my nails and injured my finger while filing my nail. It’s still throbbing at the moment. They didn’t offer a courtesy discount for mishap they just continued buisness as usual.

Megan Isham As always, I had Kim do my nails. She’s absolutely phenomenal! I always have such great conversation, personable experience and wonderful quality nails with her. Absolutely love my Halloween nails. She was so spot on with what we had I wanted. It came out perfect! Environment is always peaceful and quiet, but Kim makes it full of life and enjoyable. She really knows what she’s doing.

Michelle M I came in on December 8th 2024 and had my gel x removed. The woman who removed them confidently began to drill the nails off. There were moments I was squirming in my seat in pain (my thumb and index fingers) I just thought well, she is doing this so confidently she must know what she is doing? She finished and charged me $20. I left and IMMEDIATELY knew she destroyed my nails. My finger tips and nails were extremely painful. For weeks after they were throbbing in pain. I have NEVER had any issues getting my nails done, I have healthy nails. I sent these photos to my friend who is a licensed mail tech on the east coast and she told me without hesitation that this woman just destroyed my nails and it will take MONTHS for them to heal. It is now Feb 2nd and they are still paper thin and break any time there is any growth at all. I am unable to open any medications at work (I am a nurse) this has affected me in so many ways. I am legit traumatized from this experience and scared to ever get my nails done at a random salon again.

Madison Arminio Kelly did my nails a few weeks ago and they are absolutely amazing! I showed her a picture off Instagram and asked if she could recreate them. Kelly said “no problem” and got to work hand painting each nail 1 by 1! They turned out spectacular and the amount of comments I have gotten on them I can’t count. Go see Kelly for your nails

Amparo Martinez Worse experience, I requested gel color, my manicure wasn’t done correctly I ended up having nail polish on my skin. After requesting that the owner fix the poor job, she replied saying, if I want something perfect we cannot do it for you. I remained calm after that comment, she wanted me to pay first before fixing it. Her attitude and poor costumer service was unprofessional. I didn’t disrespect anyone at any point, the only thing I did was requested a normal clean manicure. NOT GOING BACK FOR SURE.

Uncommon One My pedicure was to include stones. They weren’t used. The tools are washed but not disinfected for at least 15 minutes between clients. The foot spa liners are changed, but the basins aren’t disinfected for at least 15 minutes between each customer. The e-file they use to file peoples toenails isn’t changed between customers. I specified twice I only wanted my chin waxed, but she asked about the area just above my chin and charged me without disclosing there would be an additional charge. The waxing menu said 8, but she charged me 10 plus an additional 5 for the area I didn’t ask for. The relax mani is supposed to come with an 8 minute massage. There were a few minutes on the arms and a few pats on the shoulder. Definitely won’t be back.

Janet Gonzales They let you make an appointment but don’t honor it. You have to wait 30+ minutes after your scheduled appointment to get your nails done. Time to find a place that values costumer’s time.

K P Poor quality, poor service. The polish job looked terrible. The pedicure was painful. I asked for a neutral polish if a nail couldnt be repaired. They assured me it could then told me I would get a nail fungus and they didnt recommend it. They didnt finish my pedicure, but charged me full price. Dont go here! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Angelica Chong Went to this salon for a simple spa pedicure. Tom cut way to much of my cuticles. One of my big toes bled until the next morning, I woke up to my sock stuck to my other big toe because it got infected. Then when I called they showed no concern over the matter. Will never go back again!!!!

Sean Buchannon (Are half stars a thing?) This was my second time going to Forum and just like last time, they did a very poor job. I really didn’t wanna go but it was a last minute thing. This time I switched nail techs thinking I was going to get a different results but I was wrong. I get medium long coffin shape and this set is absolutely awful. Extremely atrocious and I can’t wait to take them off. Two of my nails are crooked; my pinky on my right hand and my ring finger on my left hand. They are bumpy and my gel is uneven. They lack creativity and have VERY LIMITED new age options. However the customer service was decent but the quality of their work is probably why I could walk-in on a Friday after 5 PM and be immediately serviced. Millennial women don’t come here, you’ll leave disappointed.

Crystal Agredano Today was the best experience the young male that helped me with my pedicure was simply the best of the best to be exact I never had a pedicure this way he made sure my toenails were looking great and removed all the ingrown perfectly with no problem. I came to find out he does not work here lol but came to help I believe his name is Tom . He needs to be there everyone will love his service . !!

Lakisha Langston James does excellent nails and Vanna is the best at eyebrows. All of the ladies do a great job when it comes to the pedicures. They take their time and make sure that each client gets their time. The only downside is the amount of time you will spend getting your service completed. But they are highly recommended.

Jennifer Munoz I love me some Vanna! She been in business for years. All I needed was to get a nail fixed that broke way to low. I ended up with a pedicure and polish change in chrome! Yes chrome! I chose the white metallic and I love the way it turned out. They use powder and a unique pen to apply it. It takes a lot longer but its worth it. Vanna has always had a clean environment. She sterilizes her tools and lines the water tubs with plastic. She has all the latest colors and new trends. I used to get designs on my nails back in the day. Her only down fall is where shes located. That area used to be ok. Now its riddled with homeless people hanging out. Try to over look that and give her a try! Shes really sweet and will always try to accommodate your needs.

Leticia Rose Cooper So my aunt and cousin have been going to Vanna for over 20 years. I started going to them about 3 years ago and theyre amazing. Really good prices and James is the best with the fancy long nails and Vanna is best with the dip manicures. I also get their pedicures and waxing Definitely recommend this is the only place I go.

Dela 707 It was super clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly in this salon. My lady was super sweet and caring. It was fast and came out beautifully for a gel manicure was $35 so affordable compared to other salons around. I 10/10 recommend this place and being new to Antioch I searched all of the salons near by and this place had good reviews and walking in I see why the reviews were so high. Fast service and very friendly.

Audrey Kuppenbender Dont bother scheduling appointments because your time wont be honored as they dont know how to manage their time nor do they want build a clientele. My first scheduled appointment, there was a 5 to 10 minute wait. On the second scheduled appointment, the 15 minute wait turned into 45 minutes. Walked in today and the salon was full, people waiting, everyone busy. Not willing to sit around while they get their act together. Obviously they dont value a client relationship. Walked out because my time is also valuable and there are a lot of choices for nail salons. They called twice after I left, with excuses. After the second debacle with their time management, I was willing to give them another try but cannot recommend them. Our first pedicure they attempted to use a cheese grater on the feet to remove dead skin. After I questioned that, they changed to a one time use Pedi block. Two of the ladies give an awesome massage but Vanessas inexperience showed as she was not using the pads of her thumbs but the tips and I could feel her nails. When I made a comment she immediately stopped massaging. Also she pulls the skin when using nippers instead of doing a clean cut. I also cannot recommend them because of their questionable sanitation practices, a towel dropped on the floor should not be used, it is now dirty, they are reusing drill bits from one client to the next, which is cross contamination and they do not wipe down the pedicure spas nor nail tables with antibacterial wipes between clients. Go to some place cleaner and where they value you as a customer.

London&Harlow Shop Great nail salon. They’re very kind and helpful. The place is clean and organized.
