Izzy Birkelund I left two necklaces and a bracelet (all missing loops and needing quick soldering) and was told it would take two weeks to finish. A month and two unanswered calls later, I went in and he told me to come back thirty minutes later so he could finish the jobs. The shop was also closed when I first dropped by a month later even though it was in the open hours online, so I had to drop by again a couple hours later. He did give me money off, but clearly did the job in thirty minutes when he’d had a month to do it. The work itself is good, the customer service subpar.
