Pastor Steve And Pastor Tammy, Pastor Newlife with integrity and love for the congregation we Have been to other churches in Ventura County and to us Newlife is the one for us. It’s really nice to see all cultures coming together and worshiping Jesus thank you Pastor Steve and Pastor Tammy. I love you guys.

Alejandro Perez This is a very nice church. Clean and well maintained . The parking lot is very small, and the main guy (not Catholic so I dont know the titles) has a very think accent and can be tough to understand at first. Havent been here for mass (just funerals), so Im not sure how those services are.

Gold Star This is a beautiful, clean, and well-kept church. You can feel the love people have for their church here. There are always amazing flower arrangements that show the love and care of the parishioners. Ive seen one of the priests also getting involved, arranging the beautification and maintenance of the church with workers or volunteers. The priests are all super welcoming and care so much for us. I cant have enough of this amazing church. Sure there are flaws like the website is not updated, the office and the gift shop (which is really nice) are not always open when they should be, but thats due to lack of volunteers and people getting involved. However, despite its imperfections, I love, love, love this church!! Its been there when I have needed it the most, including the caring priests. I deeply thank God for this church.

Dave Hammer Excellent message. Really good to see young people that are 20s and 30s going without their parents. Shows a healthy church when there are people of all ages. We are traveling a d going to the channel Islands and I would recommend this for travelers or locals looking for a church.

Stephanie It saddens me that Mary Star of the Sea has used the community to commemorate the Virgin Mary only to throw the thousands is roses many people have left the following day. This church does not respect the culture and for that I must bring awareness to the community.

Cathy Gushulak I discovered Gold Coast Christian Church about one year ago after an invitation by a friend. Over the years I have attended a few churches and this is the first time it “makes sense” to me. Weekly sermons are delivered in a way that relate to current life, and explain The Bible in an understandable way. I have found comfort here through members who are friendly, but not pushy. I look forward to Sunday mornings and am excited to see what’s in store. Thank you Pastor Scott and Staff.

Doug REID The Word of God is being preached here, of this there is no doubt. The congregation ranges from the very young to the comfortably retired. There are a lot of new or late model cars in the parking lot but I also observed a man riding an old bicycle with a heap of gear strapped to it. Check out their website. Please dont let the scale put you off, the congregation isnt as large as their building.

Eric Christopher I attended St Johns Lutheran School in 1959-60 with my 2 sisters. Pastor Atrops was the pastor and his son Art Atrops was in my 3rd grade class. Mr. Bob Heckman was my 3rd grade teacher and he was a real disciplinarian. Mr Visser was my sisters 5th grade teacher and he was a lot nicer. In 1985, I enrolled my sons in Emmaus Lutheran School in Alhambra, CA and the 8th grade teacher was Mr. Heckman. Oh, the stories we shared. Support your LCMS Lutheran School! It makes a difference.
