Omega Ordained One of if not the best Church in chico! Pastor Sam is a righteous guy! Every one who goes there is so nice! Come as you are, there is no dress code. The Bible is taught chapter by chapter and verse by verse. Everything is Thoroughly explained! We absolutely love it! Childcare is provided at the 11:00 service! Great men and women watching your kids it is so nice! Our kids love it! May God richly bless Anyone who reads this message. He loves you!

Brianna Collins I absolutely love this church. My family and I have been attending for almost six years now. This church has become more like family through the years. I love the authentic messages Pastor Jose brings each week and the ability to stay connected throughout the week with small groups. I also love that I can trust the volunteers in the back of Kids Church with my children. As a mom of two littles , it’s important for me to feel like I trust people with my children who I know will care for them and teach them about Jesus !!

Gary Campbell They had me sold at coffee and donuts when you walk in, come as who you are. You dont need to dress up, I did the 10:00 a.m. Service and it was amazing.

Cara Im a pagan myself. However this church has been awesome to fire victims. Also they were home tech charters savior during the campfire.

Chris Brownlee Although mostly older Christians, the pastor, staff and congregation members will welcome you wholeheartedly. Although, in this age of identity theft and such, I cant (as yet) post things such as the friendly fellowship that goes on every Sunday (and other days of the week too), here is the most genuine love and concern for the visitor and newcomer I have come across in a "brick & mortar" church in my 30+ years as a "new creation". And the advantage of an older congregation is the years and years of practical experience LIVING the Gospel. Its more than book smarts here, its true Christian maturity. Although I "work" here, I speak from a position Timothy must have first felt when sent by the apostle Paul. I was one of the youngest here (other than the grandkids in Sunday school and Nursery), yet this church was like the flip-side of what the 1st century Tim encountered in his calling. These people are more like the Bereans of Acts, who thoroughly check that what anyone taught them was true to the scriptures (In fact, at BBF, this is actively encouraged!) If you live in or near Chico, California; are looking for a church of genuine, true-to-the-core FOLLOWERS of Christ, and like the traditional hymns and time tested songs of the faith, stop by any Sunday. Youll always feel welcome. The church is currently in transition, looking for a new pastor (health and age cause Pastor Cheney to retire). Please pray for our board to make a wise decision.

Richelle D. It sounded nice when I first stopped by. But was stopped by the door. I have a 15 pound LEGAL emotional support dog. I have been all over this country with her in church’s. She sits on my lap. Well A guy at the doors said NO. I am nervous to try something new by myself. This is what she is for. Me. I was looking for a new home church.

Lyndsie Lawry City of Light is a great place to bring your family and friends. I am not a religious person and was invited there for a Sunday service. The pastor and people were kind and friendly. They had great musical performances as well. It was a relaxing, modern, family-oriented church experience.

Jerry Clark Trinity has the kindest, most charitable spirit for giving comfort and shelter to the homeless all winter. They go out of their way to check in and sometimes volunteer at the shelter. They are truly the best of Christians.
