I was given supervised visits based on false allegations that my ex husband made against me. One thing I know for sure that no one respects you in that court. Please stop fooling people on the name of god. You have a daughter too, please stop ruining families and robbing people of their money. Eventually everything comes back. Horrible person and a very horrible lawyer. I hired Miss Smith for my criminal case and family law case and both ended up getting screwed. I am in a worst possible situation as compared to how It was when Miss Temica took my case. Her staff has been extremely nice especially Amy. Some of the problems I have had in my case: 1) Filing a wrong motion making the judge angry. 2) Not preparing the client for mediation or any court hearing. 3) Not reviewing the documents before the court date. P.S. Please do your research. Please dont fall for the positive review because they are not real. I have experienced it first hand. ER JV If I could mark zero stars I would. I gave Lindsay the benefit of the doubt for too many child custody hearings. She is the most disrespectful, unprofessional attorney. She always had me accept deals instead of challenging it in front of the judge. She gave misinformation and charged through the roof for things and made calls without permission and would charge for them. The other staff aren’t great either. Had lots of issues. Wasted a lot of money to ultimately lose time with my child. She is not a mom and does not understand or empathize. Do not recommend.

Krista Johnson If I could give zero stars I would. I hired Lisa on the recommendation of my best friend. I did not know my best friend did all of Lisas work in the case. If you have a difficult case, do not waste your time or money. I filed a state bar complaint. She is extremely judgmental (even though you are paying for a service), she did not explain any court procedures with me, she did not once stand up to the opposing council, nor did she do her job of explaining informal visitation to me. If you have a difficult custody case, she is not who you should have by your side. She was out of the country for vacation, then in the office. I wasted money and had to hire someone else to fix the damage she did. She cost me time with my children, that I can never get back.
