Erin Fiedler Kerrie Justice is an intelligent lawyer with an athlete’s competitive spirit. Although she is obviously busy, Kerrie was always a wonderful representative of calm preparedness during my lengthy and tenacious custody litigation. I appreciate her knowledge, her calming presence, and her polite and respectful attitude in the courtroom, and outside of it. I can only assume the negative reviews were retaliatory response from frustrated phonies who lost against her in court because Kerrie did an outstanding job representing the best interests of me and my children in a very touchy and extremely stressful custody case. I was most pleased with her high level of integrity and tenacity during her closing statements because of how aptly she conveyed to the judge what was of highest importance to me in regards to outcome. She is very intelligent and was forceful when the situation called for it. Her knowledge of the law and how it can work FOR you is exceptional and her ability to think outside the lines and come up with creative ways to solve a problem is beyond reproach. Speaking from experience, Kerrie’s best work is when you just trust her and let her do her job.

We paid her $6,000, since then, she has not taken our phone calls or responded to any emails. She refuses to give us back our money for ZERO services rendered. Jay Gardner A Complete Disgrace to the Legal Profession WARNING: Do NOT hire Wallin & Klarich unless you want to be lied to, ignored, and financially drained with nothing to show for it. I paid $15,000 upfront to this firm over two years ago under the promise that they would take my case to court and fight for my exoneration. Instead, I was subjected to blatant negligence, deception, and a total lack of accountability. Failure to Represent Me Competently They promised me court dates multiple times—in mid-2023, late 2023, and early 2024—but NEVER followed through. Not once. Despite having overwhelming evidence proving my innocence, they failed to present it, interview key witnesses, or move my case forward. I repeatedly asked them to take action, yet they completely ignored my emails and phone calls. I sent over 200 emails and made countless calls, with only a handful of responses. Dishonest and Fraudulent Billing After doing virtually nothing to advance my case, they had the audacity to claim that they had used up my entire $15,000 retainer without providing any meaningful service. Then, as if that wasn’t bad enough, they hit me with a fraudulent bill for an additional $38,000! Their billing statement is an absolute joke—filled with excessive charges for pointless internal emails, brief phone calls, and “file updates” that amounted to NOTHING. They never disclosed any additional fees upfront, yet they are now demanding tens of thousands of dollars on top of my initial payment. Lack of Communication & Accountability They ignored my repeated requests for a detailed accounting of my funds for over nine months, only producing a bill AFTER I demanded a refund. Attorney Paul Wallin outright lied to me, stating that they would provide me with a billing statement, only to continue stalling and avoiding my emails. When I was wrongfully jailed for a probation violation, their assigned attorney failed to appear in court multiple times, forcing me to remain incarcerated for nearly a month! Their private investigator misled me, telling me to contact a key witness and then later accusing me of harassment for following his exact instructions. They knowingly allowed false accusations against me to go unchallenged and never once attempted to correct the lies that had already been exposed. This Law Firm is a SCAM Wallin & Klarich is not a real defense firm—they are con artists who prey on vulnerable people in desperate situations, taking their money and doing absolutely NOTHING in return. I am now filing a complaint with the California State Bar Association for gross negligence, unethical billing practices, failure to communicate, and misrepresentation. I am also pursuing civil litigation to recover my funds and expose their fraudulent behavior. Do NOT trust this firm. Do NOT give them your money. If you value your freedom, your rights, and your sanity, STAY AWAY.

Within six weeks I was able to have peace of mind once again. My green card had been expired for ten years and unfortunately I had a felony. They were very professional with the whole process. chingo blingo no communication, good luck getting past the secretary to speak to an actual lawyer. absolutely 0 help in what you have to do after. withheld police reports that were finally sent over a year after requesting it and still dont have the audio that I paid for and am allowed to have. go with another firm, this one left me high and dry after the plea because I need a modification but they told me I have to pay another retainer or find another lawyer even though its the same case and everything. beware.

Turns out hes buddy buddies with an unscrupulous attorney I have now and have dealt with for two and a half years and will be giving a complaint to the BAR association. I came to ask questions and while they were respectfully nice (thats usually how it is upon consultations...but then like most...they screw people over) but the advice I was given definitely made me lift an eyebrow and I wasnt feeling too confident. He gave me an example of if theres something wrong my car, that I should keep returning to the SAME mechanic until its fixed. WRONG!!! He seemed as aloof as the attorney Ive been dealing with and would NOT recommend to anyone. He didnt seem to pay attention to "detail" so doubt I would recommend this firm.

Genevieve Preciado I could honestly write a novel about how much I appreciate Kiner and his staff as a whole. I got nothing but honesty respect and straight forward answers. Things were always handled with the upmost care and urgently. We have been fighting for custody for 5 years. We booked Kiner the end of 2022 after a long trial back and fourth we were rewarded with primary custody and everything else we pretty much requested. ARIA THE ESTHIE Do Not Hire Robert Ponce! I had an awful experience with Robert Ponce as my attorney. As a 24-year-old single mother needing legal help, I trusted him, only to be completely mislead and taken advantage of. From the start, he misled me, claiming he was “reducing” a felony charge to a misdemeanor. Later, I found out it had only ever been a misdemeanor—there was no felony to “reduce.” Throughout the entire process, I never even got the chance to physically speak to Robert Ponce himself. Every conversation I had was with his front desk assistant. Looking back, that should’ve been a red flag, but I wanted to trust that he was handling my case properly and doing what was best for myself and my child. Instead, he dragged out my case over nearly a year, ultimately charging me over $3,500 for what I now realize was a complete lie. When he asked if I wanted to keep him on for further representation, I declined due to his high fees and my lack of confidence in his help. I informed him that I was low on funds, hoping he might understand. But instead, he immediately handed my case over to a public defender without even notifying me of an upcoming court date. This lack of communication resulted in me missing the appearance and having a warrant issued for my arrest. When I finally got back on track with the public defender, they were shocked he hadn’t told me about the court date, putting me in an unnecessary and stressful situation. Robert Ponce’s lack of honesty, communication, and compassion shows he’s only interested in adding another client to his roster to squeeze out a few thousand dollars. His business practices are extremely shady, and it’s a shame there are lawyers out there who operate like this. I would never recommend him to anyone, and I strongly advise anyone considering his services to look elsewhere. Don’t let him take advantage of you the way he did to me.

Michael Sanchez Heather Lewis was honest and detail oriented with me from the start, which set her apart from other attorneys in the area. I thought my case would be quick and easy, and through no fault of hers, it lasted for about a year and a half. She was always available to answer my questions, keep me informed of the process, and when the time came for her to argue my case, proved herself to be aggressive, professional, and and expert in her craft.
