Kyle Kaddouri Updating my review since it was removed. I was a client in 2019. I have the paper work to confirm. They refused to communicate over email which I made as a reasonable accommodation request but email communication was too much for them and they would only communicate over phone calls which I had trouble with but they would not accommodate me when I repeatedly asked for email communication. They dropped me because of this just under the deadline that my statute of limitations ran out for a slip and fall. They blamed me for not securing a statement from witnesses which one would assume should be the duty of the lawyer. But I digress just be warned of my bad experience.

Roy McKenzie These guys are noting but professional. I was super slow about returning the paperwork, we all have lives outside this stuff, they were patient and nudged me the proper amount. I would always recommend the McHugh team first to my friends.

c caple Tyler helped us with our trust, health directives and other legal matters. He is quite knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He did an excellent job for us and at a reasonable rate as well. I highly recommend him.

Jennifer Lukins Tyler has completed estate planning and trusts for several family members. I appreciate his ability to be hones. Instead of just telling you what you want to hear, he tells you what the law allows. I also appreciated his ability to separate what seemed like very complicated issues, into manageable matters that are clear and straight forward. He was very timely in his work and was extremely flexible with setting appointments. Trusts are very important in protecting your assets, and I am thankful that Tyler makes this very sensitive and emotional process as smooth as possible.

Jen Bloch We met with Bill Cherry to create a post-numptual. Bill seemed very helpful and on the ball. He mentioned the need for a waiver of conflict of interest as he had previously met with my husband. I was surprised he did not have us sign that immediately before the consultation. He informed us he wold get us the document the following week and email us the conflict forms. I called 8+ times over the next month and half and despite being promised calls back after "emergency court hearings and vacations" I never received documents or a returned call. I finally talked with the staff and offered for them to refund the consult fee instead. They accepted this and refunded the fee with a mild apology. I would never recommend using this agency as they cant get the work done.

Dixie Payne The most brilliant man and attorney. He cares more about right and wrong than money. The staff at his office especially Erica and Anne are delightful and caring. I will always be indebted to all of yall I am so proud Bill never forgot his roots. Once a Bulldog always a Bulldog :-) :-) They called us the Georgia Bulldog Nation at the Olympics :-) :-) :-) If not for the staff and Bill I would not have my grandson King Carl home safe in Georgia being mentored by students from UGA School of Engineering. Shelby Zaucha Rude!! Did not return call for over 24 hours and is representing slumlords who are violating tenant rights. I do NOT recommend dealing with this attorney at all. Unless you enjoy being interrupted and completely brushed off. His receptionist is also rude and seems relatively incompetent.

Vivian McGrath BUYER BEWARE! Judy Simpson and her employee Mary Wyatt (a dis-barred attorney in California) made error after error in preparing papers for me in an unlawful detainer case. If you know anything about unlawful detainers, you know that when there is an error made, you face starting the entire process over. Especially if your tenant retains an attorney. Judy and Mary were nowhere to be found when I requested a refund of monies not utilized in my case. No answer of telephone calls nor e-mails. It wasnt until I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and disputed charges to my credit card that I received a partial refund. They actually charged me for papers they prepared in error. Be VERY careful dealing with these two women, You WILL get scammed! They will gladly accept your money and have you sign a contract. In a situation like this, you will be better served by preparing the papers yourself.
