    Jen Bloch: We met with Bill Cherry to create a post-numptual. Bill seemed very helpful and on the ball. He mentioned the need for a waiver of conflict of interest as he had previously met with my husband. I was surprised he did not have us sign that immediately before the consultation. He informed us he wold get us the document the following week and email us the conflict forms. I called 8+ times over the next month and half and despite being promised calls back after "emergency court hearings and vacations" I never received documents or a returned call. I finally talked with the staff and offered for them to refund the consult fee instead. They accepted this and refunded the fee with a mild apology. I would never recommend using this agency as they cant get the work done.

    Shelby Zaucha: Rude!! Did not return call for over 24 hours and is representing slumlords who are violating tenant rights. I do NOT recommend dealing with this attorney at all. Unless you enjoy being interrupted and completely brushed off. His receptionist is also rude and seems relatively incompetent.
