Jane Miha Do NOT use! Ian is telling the truth. I met with Sasha, and she was the attorney of my dreams. I was given paperwork to file at the court house that was incomplete and they did not catch they didnt give me the petition. I realized it MYSELF, and I began to call every 3 days to get this one piece of paper that was already completed at my consulting appointment. I was repeatedly lied to that the I would get a call back and the completed paperwork to file. What I got was ONE phone call that began as a conversation for my paperwork, but resulted in a email and text demand for a 15K retainer with no fee schedule, and no completed paperwork. When I reacted to this ridiculous behavior and questioned the objective of the firm, I was treated even worse. I then drove to their Sacramento office to find that it is only a small rented room in a office bank and not a staffed office. When I did finally reach a paralegal and she attempted to file the petition (that was missing from the original paperwork), it was rejected. I am fearful of the sensitive information this firm has regarding me. My time has been wasted and my health harmed. The way I have been treated and ignored is abusive and alarming -- I consider them dangerous. Save yourself.

Ian Baxter Absolutely terrible, when they do respond you get passed around different attorneys and have to explain yourself over and over again, which by the way is charged for. still waiting for a response and finally giving up and finding a good attorney. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON

Nick Madahar Matthew is the worst communicator in the law world. He failed to deliver every time. I tried to work with him three times and every time he failed. It’s actually my fault to try to give him three opportunities. All he does is fake promises and no delivery. The biggest issue, he just don’t respond back at all when he fails. Never seen a lawyer who promises but just disappears after the deadlines passes. My advise is to stay away and not bother working with him again. Disappointed.

Ian 2 My family and I contacted the Klosek Law Offices to wrap up an estate. We had previously been to two other lawyers and we didn’t feel like we were on the same page. We lived a couple hours away from the Klosek offices so we did everything over the phone and email, but it went much smoother than the in person meetings we had with our previous lawyers. The communications were efficient and I felt like we were always on the same page. Klosek addressed our concerns when we brought them up and even alerted us to important concerns that we were not aware of. If I need legal services again I wouldn’t hesitate to contact them again and I would recommend them to others that have similar legal needs.
