Steve Gardner I used Diane Anderson for my child support , and child support arrears case. I had no idea that I even had arrears accumulating since 2011, until my daughters mother moved to Arizona and wanted child support in 2021. In 2011 my daughters mother shut off child support and told me it was done and gone. In that 10 years I had bought a couple vehicles, a house, and bought a few other things with credit. In nome of these transactions did this debt for child support arrears show up. I would have never let this debt accumulate if I had known anything about it. When it came time for court, Diane made no arguments at all to try and get a better outcome for me. Things may not have been changed if Diane did say anything, but if it would at least been said that I knew nothing of the arrears accumulating, I wouldnt have been left looking like a deadbeat dad that decided not to pay child support. 8 hours worth of paid attorney fees through ARAG, and almost $1900 of my money to have no argument made for me in front of the judge. I would advise to find someone else.

Fill I am so glad to hear Crystal Green is no longer working here as she is the worst excuse for a paralegal aid I have ever had to experience. She never returned my phone call let alone passed on the case information to anyone else still working in the office what a lazy desk attended. Best place for her to find a job is in the orchard because her customer service skills which is none xistent what so ever. This business should take her to court for loss of business! She was also eating while talking only big backs do that kind of lazy unprofessional activities at work at 10a.m how many meal breaks do you need my god!

Brandon Henry Staff is very friendly, and helpful through a process Ive never had to, nor wanted to experience. Ive never felted like Ive asked a dumb question, or called with worry-wart concerns. Ive sent emails with questions or concerns after I got home from work (5-6pm), many times have gotten responses back within minutes, or by end of the following day. Heck, I drove to their Jackson, Ca office, while I was visiting from my home state, just so I could see the faces of those whove helped me along this journey. Elena Moss Her “representation” was so badly handled that it resulted in a loss when there should not have been one. This so-called lawyer told the judge that her client was unemployed when , in fact, the client had had full-time employment for many months following a move. It was an absolute waste of money that resulted in serious, damaging outcomes.
