Gerardo Adame Terrible. Apparently they dont have proper method to document/storage stuff. I lost about 3 months of my time with them. Everytime I called them, I had to send the pictures and videos from my car accident. I am not even sure if they are handling a case because none the secretaries even gave me a proper update even after 3 months. I am as clueless as they are.
