2 /5 C M: Not sure how many coupons a year are sent out but We went in with a new sign up coupon from our last purchase and the cashier didn’t know how to use it. The manager came and looked at it and didn’t know how to use it either. She was searching for fine print and finally pointed out that it says it expires 7 days after the day we made our first purchase. It almost seemed as if she was happy to turn us down for %15 off a hundred dollar purchase. Yes my daughter did not see that it said 7 days after but what I do not understand is where does Excellent customer service come in? I’ve worked customer service for years and this place doesn’t have it. I’m absolutely convinced that due to the fact that neither manager nor cashier knew how to use the coupon, not many people have come in to use this. So I’m sure that your not handing customers discounts left and right..I’m just wondering why instead of just taking it as the misunderstanding it turned out to be , why they could not just give the discount? We won’t be shopping at this store anymore. You can run your business however you like , but good customer service shows itself right away. FYI nobody came to greet or ask if we needed help finding anything while we were shopping.
