1 /5 Jason Brixey: It took 2.5 hrs to buy a new phone. The staff was kind but they seemed untrained, the system kept failing and kicking him out. We had to restart our entire process 3 times. There was only 1 employee at the store with multiple people waiting for service. The other employee showed up an hour and 15 minutes late. After we thought our experience was over we got home to find out our new phone failed to activate. We then spent an entire afternoon on the phone with Verizon. We have still not been able to get iMessage to work. I would recommend going to the Valley or Sonora for in person Verizon service.
