1 /5 Colette Lee: With Rite Aid shutting down everyone is transferring their prescriptions over to this store. No one picks up the phone, no one returns calls, refills and new prescriptions are taking days. I had one new prescription take a week to get filled so I had to wait to start it. Not good. If you want to get answers you have to physically go to the store. Lines are 20 deep and the medications are all over the place - on the floor, stacked all over. Its a wonder they can find your meds! I needed an immunization and was told to make an appt. Made an appt and it was abruptly canceled the morning I was headed to get it. Now they tell me they dont have it. If you are going to take in the influx of new customers, hire more people and pharmacists. No one should have to wait days or weeks to get their much needed medications - it puts people at serious risk.

This is an update to their previous fiasco when they tried to take on prescriptions from Rite Aid. I never thought I would go back but I didnt have a choice and I braced myself for an hour wait. I am pleased to say I didnt wait more than 5 minutes (not once, but both times I had to go), medications were picked up off the floor and put in bins, plenty of staff to help wait on customers AND they even provided vaccines.Im impressed - you have been redeemed.
