1 /5 Ellen Francis: Beware: Clothes smelled very strongly of naphthalene chemical (mothballs). I bought a pair of $100+ jeans and cannot wear them due to the smell. Unfortunately I had already removed the tags so I cannot return them, so my money was wasted and I am stuck with a pair of jeans that smell terrible (after airing them out for 2 weeks already also). Store is unable to give me a refund and did not take responsibility for the issue. I will not be shopping here again.

5 /5 Hannah Hosnedl-Cowell: I have never actually been in the store, but my girlfriend and I are located in Texas and were shopping for a banquet this coming weekend. We found a beautiful dress at a boutique in town but it was way out of our price range. I was lucky enough to look online and see Timber was selling the exact same dress for less than half the price! We only had a couple days before the banquet so I called to see if I could get express shipping. I spoke with Christy and she was so kind and helpful! The dress got here just in time and is exactly what we wanted! Thank you guys!!❤️❤️

5 /5 Sydney Lyons: Out all of the shops in Arcata and Old Town that I went to yesterday looking for a dress to wear to a special dinner with my partner, Timber had the best selection!! Their sales floor is tastefully stocked with high quality brands in a way that is really elegant and has that perfect balance of not being over stocked but still having enough selection to ensure I found a dress that fit great and I felt beautiful in! The sales associate was also really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Next time Ill definitely save myself all the running around and just head to Timber first!
