5 /5 meghan hunter: This is an incredible store!! The customer service was fantastic, and Michael was so kind so us! And more than that the clothing was all original and we definitely got the best gifts ever for friends and family on our trip in Cali at this store!

1 /5 darkmauveshore: Been buying cloths from here for years, but this is where it stops. Hate to leave a one star review for a shop Ive liked in the past but their level of customer appreciation is abysmal. I ordered a pair of sweatpants with a bigfoot design but they sent a deer design instead. Ok, no problem I thought, I liked it, and noticed the size I bought was out of stock. So I thought I would reorder in a different size. Well guess what, they sent the same deer design even though I sent a note with the order I didnt want the friggin deer. Over $100 later and I now have 2 pairs of sweatpants I didnt order. Ive left them emails both through the website and directly to the provided email and tried calling the store multiple times. No one ever replies to the emails or answers the phone. All I wanted to do was exchange the pants for the right ones or get a refund for one of the pairs that is unopened with tags still on. I am so mad. I would go in but I live 2,500 miles away and never again. Thanks a lot for nothing. Wont be buying from this shop ever again and I would recommend not ordering online based off their literally 0 level of customer service.

1 /5 Logan: I used to love this store but I had a terrible experience ordering online. I purchased 2 hoodies and a towel back in August. The hoodies came first and the size I ordered was too large. I called the store and they said to send it back to exchange for a smaller size. I sent the hoodies back the next day with my name, order receipt and request for a smaller size. Via tracking, I saw that they arrived back at Humboldt Republic 3 days later. I heard nothing for 2 weeks so I emailed them inquiring about my exchange. No response. I messaged again a couple weeks later, again no response. My towel finally arrived and now thats all I have after reaching out 3 times. 1 towel for $144.44! Totally nonexistent customer service. Make sure you know exactly what size you are before ordering online as they dont communicate at all!

They will help you find just what you’re looking for and they always go above and beyond to make the experience a good one ! I always leave there happy and feeling confident about myself.

1 /5 Joel Rizzo: Sadly, one of the WORST business experiences I have ever had and I am in my 50s. I was looking for the best print shop to have some shirts made up and found this place. The minimum was 30 shirts and I gave Jason an original print just to duplicate, he said he could do it no problem. After Months of excuses, and hundreds of dollars in shirts, I finally gave up and asked what the problem was as I was willing to pay any price for quality work, Jason NOW tells me that the pattern (Jack Daniels Style white on black ) was too difficult?...He was Lying to me the WHOLE TIME? I guess the jokes on me. Arcada is where he told me to go.
