Im new to the area and was trying to find a LEGO set for my little cousin Rickys upcoming birthday, and some silly critter at the TME recommended me this place, clearly as a prank. I walked in dumbfounded seeing all of these adult toys! However, the tattooed employee working there, Jayden, was extremely kind and helpful. He could tell I was out of my element and approached me and asked me if I was okay. I mentioned that my wife and her boyfriend would really like this store, and he showed me some items that were discounted that I could bring home for her. I spent a good amount and walked out with SO many cool little gizmos and gadgets, and I really hope they like these. I ended up going to the Macys which has a Toys R Us in it and bought my little cousin Ricky a really cool Peter Dinklage funky pop figurine, which he ended up absolutely loving. My wife loved the toys Jayden helped pick out, and her boyfriend Kuzco was really impressed too. 1 /5 Luis P: New girl with the purple hair is extremely rude. Rolls her eyes at you and wears her AirPods so it makes you feel unwelcome. The big lady Kat is rude to her employees, constantly barking orders or micromanaging them and doesn’t seem to actually ever work whenever I go inside. They have a very poor selection of toys, lingerie and dvds. Most products have dust on them. The manager doesn’t order products even if customers request them to be ordered. Also there is always this weird smell in the back. The arcade sucks, half the movies don’t play and half the booths don’t work, plus Side is that there is a glory.. hole in some booths. And can you guys do something about the fruit flies ? 0/10 just shop on Amazon

2 /5 Cnith TheOnliestOne: Friendly, helpful lady but the selection here is pitiful. I guess Im used to stores with more stock. She let me see several toys which was great but I think I annoyed her... I was indecisive. Not her fault, she probably thought I was trolling. In any case, maybe the video thing is great and thats what keeps the place open. Or people arent as picky as I am, lol In any case, I guess I have to go to SF or maybe Sac. Boo!

5 /5 Daisy Martinez: As a first timer in this store and other things, Forrest made me feel very comfortable and helped with any questions and concerns I had. He was nonjudgmental and explained to me how certain things work, which was very much appreciated. I can honestly say it was amazing customer service.
