1 /5 Nicole Denison: I have shopped at Savvy for over 20 years and after today I may never return. The customer experience was one of the worst I’ve yet to have. I actually left in tears. I was trying on a dress and it wasn’t sitting right on my chest. I asked the two sales associates standing around if that was how it was supposed to look and they stood there laughing at me but didn’t do anything to help me. They continued to speak to each other in Spanish and one just walked away. Another customer caught my attention and asked if she could help me. She fixed the dress while the other ladies just stood there. To the customer that helped me - thank you for not making me feel small and embarrassed.
If you’re looking for cute clothes and decent customer service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The store has gone downhill.
