1 /5 Nicole Denison: I have shopped at Savvy for over 20 years and after today I may never return. The customer experience was one of the worst I’ve yet to have. I actually left in tears. I was trying on a dress and it wasn’t sitting right on my chest. I asked the two sales associates standing around if that was how it was supposed to look and they stood there laughing at me but didn’t do anything to help me. They continued to speak to each other in Spanish and one just walked away. Another customer caught my attention and asked if she could help me. She fixed the dress while the other ladies just stood there. To the customer that helped me - thank you for not making me feel small and embarrassed. If you’re looking for cute clothes and decent customer service, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The store has gone downhill.

1 /5 Jan Jacobsen: Very poor customer service. When purchasing a gift before Christmas I was told I had until January 17 to return items. A week prior to the 17th I tried to return one item which was a bracelet. This gift was never worn in still wrapped in original tissue. I was informed that jewelry is not returnable. I told the clerk that the manager guaranteed me that I could return all items and I was never told that jewelry was the exception. The clerk on duty told me that the woman who sold me the item should’ve told me however, she was no longer working there and was fired. The clerk on duty took my phone number and guaranteed me that the manager would be calling me guess what? No reply, no call, nothing, from manager. as a local with many friends, I am telling people not to shop there anymore. Certainly don’t buy a gift for anyone there because if it needs to be returned, they are liars.

I bought 2 hats, a coat, & a pair of cozy slippers & the bestie bought a few cute outfits & shoes. I was hoping they had a website so I could do some more shopping…

5 /5 Nicole Kobalter: The employees helped me throughout my visit with clothing and jewelery. They were lovely and paid compliments. And as a big plus, the clothes were at an affordable price along with being very cute and likable. This store deserves 5 stars because it is one of the best managed store i have ever been to. :)

2 /5 Sidney Johnson: This store had a really great selection 3-4 years ago. Now I walk in, see the prices of the clothes and feel the quality. You get what you pay for, and unfortunately you’re paying for overpriced subpar brands. Sales associates can be quite rude, and if you don’t look up to their standards, they won’t even acknowledge you. I really used to enjoy shopping here, but now I loathe having to go in there. Just overall, be weary of the clothing quality and the price you’re paying for it.
