1 /5 Vanessa: I hate to be this kind of person but I have been coming to this store for years and this past year I haven’t been able to go as often and today I decided to go by. while shopping I found out they had cats in there I like cat but only in pictures as I am allergic to them and have asthma due to this I haven’t been able to stop coughing and suggest to anyone with allergies to try avoiding going to the store.

1 /5 Sabrina Streit: I came here to shop for my daughters school supplies like clothes and backpack when I asked the store manager if we can negotiate the price on the backpack due to me being homeless and financially strapped. I tried to explain that I was in a motel in Santa Nella and financially strapped with money due to gas and going to work she was like oh you work and walked away with a seem like attitude towards me but thats just my opinion and I could have been taking it wrong I dont know. But I just dont think thats how you do customer service especially if youre at church based charity because of her reaction I chose to leave the products and leave. Shes the manager and she needs to work on her people skills.

1 /5 Cathy Ortiz: I used to stop by the store regularly but I had to change that because of their customer service and their pricing. We go to thrift shop for thrift shop prices , well that hasnt really been the case there. The last few times I went in there and try to look around and wasnt even able to do that because theyre turn off their lights before closing time. I understand there trying to close up at the actual time there suppose to but turning off the lights 30 minutes before, I thought that was rude! To top it off the over pricing on items, its ridiculous! No, thank you I found other stores that are more appreciative and way better bargains .
