5 /5 Kayla Ellsworth: I had such a great experience at Burlington today, and I really wanted to take a moment to recognize Renee for her amazing customer service. From the second she greeted me, she was so kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. She didn’t rush me at all and made sure I found everything I was looking for. It’s rare to meet an employee who not only does their job well, but also makes you feel welcomed and cared for as a customer. Renee truly went above and beyond, and it made my whole shopping trip so much better. Burlington is lucky to have someone like her on their team

5 /5 Maryori Catherine Gonzalez Higuera: It has nice clothes and accessories that are cheaper than in other stores, the service is average, neither good nor bad, and the store always looks clean.

1 /5 Gail Scotten: Only 3 employees and the store is a mess! Bathrooms were very unclean. I thought Burlington’s was a higher end store with great prices. Very disappointed and you may want to look into this store before it ruins the Burlington reputation.:(

1 /5 Cameron Lanier: The only decent employee who had enough respect to talk to me like a human being and not profile me because of the way that I dress/look was the black woman who I believe is an assistant manager or something. The rest of them are horrible. Every time I went in the store Id get followed around while I was trying to shop and a few times they even called mall security to come follow me around. Ive overheard the employees talking shit about me to each other plenty of times. Eventually they started telling me Im not even aloud to shop there, they even stated that theyve looked back on cameras to see if I was stealing and they confirmed that theyd never seen me steal anything at all. But still Im not wanted back in the store. My entire shopping experience there has been really uncomfortable and unwelcoming in general I dont recommend to anyone.
