From the second she greeted me, she was so kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. She didn’t rush me at all and made sure I found everything I was looking for. It’s rare to meet an employee who not only does their job well, but also makes you feel welcomed and cared for as a customer. Renee truly went above and beyond, and it made my whole shopping trip so much better. Burlington is lucky to have someone like her on their team
