1 /5 Sara Hahn: Store manager is beyond pushy and unfriendly. Bought my mom the infamous barrel pants on Black Friday. Arrived 11/29. Came to return them today 12/26. She told me it’s after two weeks and that I can’t return them. I explained to her the Ruti website says extended returns until 1/5. It’s not like she doesn’t know that. Will not willingly shop here again. Then after being exceedingly rude, she asked me if I wanted to look around the store. Get a grip.

1 /5 Gloria Killen: I want to be clear that the 1 star rating I am giving is for the store and not for the brand. I purchase a lot of items from Ruti and LOVE their barrel pants. I have many iterations of their pants and in different colors. The staff in the store though dont really seem to want to be there. Not polite and not helpful. Didnt offer alternatives or help solve shipping challenges. I will never go to this store again.

The sales person touted that its a boutique store with unique design and limited quantity of every design, most of the clothes only have 1 to 2 in stock and sale quickly. And she said the store never gives discounts because of its uniqueness. I trusted and bought 5-6 dresses at a time with a "generous" 10% discount from her because of buying a lot. However, when I went to the store the next time, I found at least 5-6 same ones of each dress I bought hanging there and marking 40% off each. I went back to the store twice but was told that they wouldnt do price adjustments nor allow me to return the dresses to get any refund. Most of stores in the US allow 3-month return period if not longer, but they said they would only allow 14 days return period and only a week price adjustment period, so they wouldnt do anything for me but blamed it to simply a misunderstanding between the sales person and me. What a cheating. Ill never buy anything from this store nor recommend any of my friends to it again. It doesnt deserve any respect.

1 /5 Oscar Salazar: Beware of this store. Store manager is pushy, immediately when you enter the store, store manager forces customers to buy things by overwhelming them with choices, and then asks them why they didn’t buy anything and blame/shames them. Return policy is deceiving.
