I have never met someone in retail (or person really) that has been so passionate about what she does or someone who provides extraordinary service to her customers the way she does. Ive walked into this wanting a beautiful tux for my wedding and left with a beautiful tux and a life long friend. She is truly what makes this store amazing. Ask for Irene. Incredible. Absolutely incredible. We love her and she always has our business. There is no other person we will go to for any of our formal clothing needs. Way to go Irene. Thank you for everything.

1 /5 Ben Buelow: I bought a 2-piece suit here ~4 years ago because of Zegnas reputation for the quality of their cloth and their superior craftsmanship. Within about 9 months some of the stitching came apart, which I ignored at the time because it was a minor issue and I was busy. This fall the seat of the pants disintegrated; a material failure that, in the words of the Zegna staff, is irreparable. Nevertheless, even though I only wear this suit ~30 days/year, I was told this was normal wear and tear and that I would be 100% on the hook to replace the pants. Zegna suits are beautiful, but if you pay $3000 for a suit you should get more than 120 uses out of it. That such a high-end product would come without any sort of guarantee also surprises me. Bottom Line: Spend your money and your time somewhere else, and if you get a bespoke suit I recommend a different material based on my (and some of my colleagues) experience.

2 /5 Borui Wang: Was looking at Zegnas official set to purchase a sneaker at $850. After arriving at the store, I was quoted a price tag of the same sneaker for $995, instead of the online store price of $850. I was wondering why there is a discrepancy of online price and offline price, which is atypical for Zegna, and it took 5 minutes for the store staff to find out they had the wrong label for the sneaker. I ended up purchasing online because the offline copy has some issues and blemishes with the leather and color pigments, but for any other customer who didnt check their price online, theyd have paid $149 more. I think this is quite serious, so please make sure you check your price before buying,
