1 /5 Angel Reyes: If I could give a rating to the management tonight it would have been negative 5 stars.im so upset right now and cant believe the stress I endured tonight has got me having chest pains legit! I used the rest room at the save mart I walked in the store walked in front of the cashiers used the restroom and proceeded to go check out ross clearence items when their little young man approached me telling me I need to leave the store that a employee from next door at save mart pointed me out stating ridiculous absurd hold face lie that I stole from thier store so she was rolling me I had to leave.nothing could have been further from the truth.so I went back to savemart to talk to this mystery lady to confront her so she could see she made a mistake but all 4 employees said it wasnt them.so I went back to the manager at ross to get a better description and he didnt want to expose this lier to me so I went back to save mart and got a manag er and he was very sweet and said he wasnt suppose to leave the store but he went to help clear my name the manager said there was some misunderstanding that I had not stolen anything and the manager at ross still refused to let me stay and shop.what the hell is going on in this world?! I did nothing wrong this whole situation had me shaking as I was frying to defend myself and make sense of this nonsense. This hapend just a couple hours ago and im still upset to the point of being physically ill.i cc dont know what else to say other than has anyone been thru something like this? I used to love shoping there and now im not allowed in ! I need to try n letters go cut my chest is really hurting .management is a joke there .whoever lied to management about ok ut me should be arrested for making false accusations and a coward for not confronting me themselfs.have you got nothing better to do with your time than to harassing customers im gona find out who you are believe that this isnt over I want a apology at the very least you tucked up my whole night

2 /5 Grace Desrosiers: Trashy! Hardly any stock and everything was so horribly unorganized. It looked like a giant tornado decimated the place. In addition, there was only one checker who both acted and looked like she was being held at gunpoint and forced to serve people. If that isnt bad enough, the dressing rooms were closed :(
