1 /5 Sandra C-S: Ive personally been into this store and it is the same as any other AE store you find anywhere else-good clothes and friendly clerks. However, Im giving this store one star due to the manager of this particular store, Jody. My niece had the displeasure of working WITH her, though Jody acted as though she was in charge. Several workers from various stores joined up to work at a flagship store to help out that particular store during a big week. As far as my niece and her cohorts were aware, Jodi was not in any leadership capacity. Yet, she was rude, condescending, and snobbish to the many young workers who volunteered to help out thr store in need of extra hands, which is NOT the store she manages. She ordered them around rudely while doing little herself. This lady needs to get over herself! Just because shes older doesnt make her any better or more qualified than those younger than her. I feel sorry for the employees who work under her at the Redding store. My niece will not be returning to help out the flagship store. No amount of extra money is worth working with this lady and her rude, bullying behavior! I hope AE takes note.
