1 /5 Hannah Pylman: Management refused entry for having a drink with a lid in my hand. Meanwhile does nothing about people running out stealing carts full of items all day long. I rather paid twice as much at the Kohls next door so I can stay hydrated while shopping in the middle of a Bakersfield summer.

4 /5 Lucas: My wife and I have been coming here for a long time and honestly everyone here is Rude like as if they just don’t want to be here. Except the young security guard with glasses that they got at the front door I’m pretty sure he’s new cause we recently started seeing him. My wife and I love his smile and it’s great to see that someone at this place enjoys what they do even though he is just at the front door greeting customers. He really says it loud and proud and actually means it. The other security guards that are there when he’s not there really just there for a check which I don’t blame them. I know the short woman security guard says it loud to but it doesn’t feel like the one with glasses. Anyways I think this store would be so much better if the staff had this young man’s attitude. It should be a 3 but a 4 cause of how that security guard makes customers feels cause we’ve seen it with our own eyes and it’s good to have people like that.

And have absolutely zero customer service skills, and on top of everything they still wanna giggle through their headsets . Fire everyone and hire new staff . Don’t shop here .
