1 /5 Misty Valdez: Pickup process sucks. They have items in open racks and when my daughter went to pickup no associate was available. After waiting my daughter just reached in to look the item and nothing was there. Later I received an email thanking me for my pickup, likely because we opened the pickup pass in my email. I called Kohls customer service and was told they would put complaint into location and for me to dispute with bank. Ridiculous! At this point Im just taking the loss, I dont need the added stress or hassle during holidays. If you’re going to do pickup without associates present at least have them locked up in a way not just anyone can grab other people’s orders.
