5 /5 Sally Lee: Javier immediately stood out because he never stopped working — at first he was organizing and putting items away, and then he jumped on the register when the line started to get long. I was hoping that Javier was going to be my cashier so I could compliment him on his work ethic, his comfortable and stylish outfit. He was very friendly and had a fantastic positive attitude which made my first time visit to the Oxnard store memorable. I usually go to the Ventura store near my home. Javier is a wonderful representative of Ross.

1 /5 Stephanie Llamas: Ive never had such a horrible experience as tonight. Jaz, the cashier, was very aggressive in the tone she would direct statements and make comments. No eye contact only when she got upset that I picked up a jogger set for my toddler staying, “ didn’t you see it didn’t have a tag, or are you just grabbing things”. Sorry you had to work Jaz but definitely customer service isn’t your thing. You made me feel like I was making you have a bad time when I am just trying to pay for the things I was to buy, which by the way pay part of your wage. Don’t think I want to go back to that Ross. Happy there’s many more around my area. Do better. If you can’t be courteous and respectful, stay home.

1 /5 805: This Ross has so many issues including cleanliness, professionalism, staffing, employees not speaking English. Spanish shouldnt be allowed when they are CUSTOMERS around that dont speak that language. Will be reporting this to the corporate. One of the worst Ross stores in the area.

1 /5 USA baby: Nasty rude LOSS PREVENTION (chubby brown hair female)employee. Always huge lines and rude interactions. Ventura locations are 100% better . The floor was dirty and sticky watch out for safety hazards ppl.
