1 /5 Kiley Olson: Absolutely the worst customer service and return policy I have ever witnessed. Received a shirt as a Christmas present. Usually a large shirt fits me just fine. The shirt purchased (size L) was nowhere near fitting me. All Rivers and Roads specific tags are still attached to the shirt. No problem, I thought, I will drop in and exchange large for an xl. Nope, not happening without a printed receipt (the gift did not include the receipt- duh) and returns / exchanges are only good for 7 days from purchase. Spoke with an employee who referred to the manager and the exchange was denied. Our family has shopped at this store numerous times. They will no longer have our business. From one small business to another, there was a better way to handle this situation.
