1 /5 Milly Turner: I’m writing this review from the point of view of a customer but also an ex store manager.
Customer service:
I have come to this store several times, the customer service is usually subpar. This store feels understaffed, usually there is no one available to ask questions or help. It is a miracle if you get greeted and acknowledged.
Today Wednesday April 17 at around 5:20, I walked in an a girl is on the counter, looking at me but I don’t even get a greetings. I was returning a large amount as I usually buy a lot and return what doesn’t fit. She was cold and rude and impatient. I didn’t catch her name but she seems Asian or Hispanic. ( just to clarify this is not racism from my part as I am of color myself, I only mention this to help management identify the individual and help train her better).
Message to management: this kind of snobbish, rude employee behavior is what turns customers away, I recommend a review and proper training/follow up with customer service etiquette.
Quality of clothes:
As much as I love the styles and appreciate petite sizing (only online) the quality is also poor. When you are paying $400 for a dress it shouldn’t be falling apart or defects on the fabric on visible areas.
