1 /5 Rafael Hernandez: The employees were really rude, I don’t know their names but whoever worked on December 26th, 2025 around 5-6 pm were horribly disrespectful and not helpful at all, they got mad if you asked for a shoe size, I had a terrible experience, don’t go to this store.

1 /5 Cassena Johnson: The associate telling my son but one pair of shoes get the other pair 30% off $162 for both pair is no 30% off got offended because I didnt believe him I wanted to see the receipt Its there its on there No thank you Not taking the shoes He rung them up I have to The ONLY thing I have to do is walk out of this store

5 /5 Guadalupe: I am very satisfied with the customer service affordable prices buy a pair get another one half off how you can get points and you know coupons and stuff its amazing how the employees there make you feel at home very insightful very sweet I highly recommend

1 /5 gabriela gil samaniego: Worst customer service! Especially from MARIA. I bought these shoes for my husband and they didn’t fit so I went back the day after to return them and get a new pair. A promotion of BOGO was going on so I decided to grab a pair for me and MARIA said I couldnt because I was there the day before. It doesnt even make sense because I was returning the item and getting two other different pairs. So the BOGO DID apply. She was trying to lecture me on how the BOGO is for the same day which again doesn’t make sense because I was getting 2 new different pairs. Very very bad experience!
