3 /5 cinthya bojorquez: Low inventory and employees dont have any shoes knowledge. 3 different employees had no idea what a Jordan Luka 3 jumpman was, one even said they dont handle that brand lol

1 /5 Chris GG: Horrible customer service. Went into this location to purchase addidas . We Were not greeted. Sat for few minutes waiting to be approached by an employee for assistance but nobody offered. Was totally ignored. Funny thing my kids and I were the only ones in the store at the time. We walked out and made our purchase with Adeline at ZUMIEZ in less than 10 minutes. This is not first time at this Footlocker either. Recommend training in customer service skills.

3 /5 Mirna P: The employees are very helpful. Merchandise is a little pricey. I actually saw the exact brand of shoe at a store in the same mall for about $25 less the same day.
