5 /5 Patrick Parkhill: I called to inquire about a limited edition item that was out of stock online. It was the third location that I called and neither of the other locations had them. When I called, I spoke with Jenna. She was warm, friendly, and eager to help. She informed me they didn’t have it in stock either.
She asked me to wait a bit to see if she could do some digging and when she came back on the phone, she let me know she had found one in Minnesota. She called their store, put it on hold for me, rang me up over the phone and got it shipped to me. It was the last one in their system.
This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life all thanks to Jenna. She could have left it at “Sorry, we are out of stock.” But she went above and beyond. Get her a raise stat.
