5 /5 Judy Margaret Chen: One of my two favorite shops in Bridgepoint Shopping center. Great price for good stuff. One of the reasons for my every trip here is because of their wide selection of home decorations, cookwares, cup collection and skincare products (if you’re extremely patient to look through their shelves). Cute cups and home decorations. Good quality cookwares with decent prices.

1 /5 Alexa Lee: Very rude customer service and manager. I live in this area and I hardly ever go shopping at the store. I tried returning an item. I literally bought last week and they rejected it because they said it doesn’t match their item code. However it was right next to the other items that match the item code. I did not appreciate how they did not want to help me With this return, it was very rude. I have personally worked retail for three years and always make sure to accept customers returns even if I did they did not have a tag. This was not a luxury item and worth less than $20. I felt like I was embarrassed in front of everyone, and I will not be coming back to the store to shop again. I wish you guys the best, thanks.

1 /5 Taylor Foster: DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Not only did they try opening a new luggage set (literally zip tied shut to imply I was stealing by stuffing things in there (again unable to be opened because zip tied shut), they also completely FORGOT clothes in my bag that I purchased. The whole ordeal is embarrassing for them. THIS IS WHY PEOPLE GO TO ONLINE FOR CLOTHES. Beyond insulting and they’re the ones that kept my purchase.
