5 /5 Anna: I ordered online and the pick up was very smooth. Jess was very friendly and even help me try to find a sweater to match with the dress I ordered.

1 /5 Alexis T: I had a horrible experience in store with some lady that got very agitated because i asked to buy a good amount of product. She then told me i can only by one of each i asked why and immediately said she can refuse any purchases. I then told her it makes no sense why she would deny my purchase when ive been at that location befire. She is the most stubborn annoying lady because all she did was deny me and not give me a reason i could by anything. She was also very unsanitary with random stuff on her face and marks on her clothing. Overall a horrible experience and i literally had to ask some people to buy it for me and even tho their is a discount in store and they asked for the discount which ive used plenty of times she denied adding it to the purchase.

5 /5 Alexander Morales: I stopped in here a few weeks ago to make an exchange for an item they had put on hold for me. I was greeted right away by the store associate, and even though my return was a few days old and the tag had fallen off she gladly took care of me in a fast and professional manner. Jillian also helped me pick up an online order and informed me about a few in-store deals, which helped me pick out a few more items I had my eye on. Although it’s not the closest hot topic to where I live, I’d gladly go back any day since everything I needed to do was taken care of and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Thank you again Jillian.

5 /5 Keola Crawford-Kapanui: I love Hot topic with there wide variety of anime, rock, pop anything popular out there. If i see a Hot Topic I cant help my self and I buy something. My favorite part of Hot Topic would be the clearance section because it almost always buy one get one.
