5 /5 Tameka Lewis: I bought a beautiful dress and thw custom service was great. The sales associate honored the online price of the dress which saved me $80 dollars. I was very happy with my purchase. Once thing I forgot to mention. This dress does not have stretch and it ran small so go up a size.

1 /5 L M: I went into Macy’s looking for some shoes and then also looked for a dress and did not find anything the selection is not like it used to be and a lot of items were damaged and to top it off I crashed my left side of my hip on the corner of this display which I will attach a picture which is a hazard it’s horizontal instead of lined up so it’s not in the walkway ⚠️ imagine a kid or an elderly person they would definitely break something or fracture something. Macys used to be really nice and it’s just gone down hill over time hopefully I just get a bruise from this and nothing more. Macy’s please do better.

5 /5 DeWitt Senter: Beautifully decorated, brightly lit with gorgeous displays and top-tier merchandise. Located at prestigious River Park across the parking lot from P.F. Changs. Easy access to Hwy 41. Highly recommend!

2 /5 Carolyn Capps: Macys was a major disappointment. The staff was very friendly but the store itself is dirty, escalator is broken, and the clothing racks look like a discount clothing chain store. I was really looking forward to visiting an upscale store for Christmas presents.
