1 /5 Hope: Unsure about the reliability of this business. I placed an order online and received no updates or shipping confirmation for a full week. After reaching out for an update, my order was canceled without any notice or explanation. This experience makes me hesitant to shop here again.

Last Friday I bought a dress from my favorite brand spell, I appreciate that that store is clean and well stocked. 10/10 experience.

1 /5 Alia Stratman-Diaz: My only transaction with this store left a bad taste in my mouth… I purchased a gold necklace La Tre in on June 27th, and a paid cash. I loved it so much that I wore it out of the store. The other day, the pendant broke while I was trying to put it on. When I brought it back to the store, the clerk said that there was nothing she could do to help, because she “didn’t remember stocking” that particular necklace, and “didn’t remember selling” it to me. A professional jeweler has said that because the necklace is gold plated, it can’t be repaired. I loved that necklace, but $70 seems like just too much to spend on a necklace that only lasts two months.
