4 /5 Teena Malicsi: I had such a great experience today! The customer service was fantastic, thanks to the lovely Heaven. Shes super friendly and really knows how to make you feel welcome. Plus, its a perfect spot for returning Amazon and Sephora items. Its definitely my go-to place!

Every time I go in for a product the associates that work there are so nice and helpful not only to me, but the other customers around too. I purposely come here instead of the Sephora at the mall because I always have a good experience. Thank you to the nice and helpful workers.

1 /5 Bradley Benton: Nice store, good selection, but last three times here it takes 20+ minutes to checkout. They made a new single checkout line for the entire store, and when I got in the line there were 28 people ahead of me. Not coming back.

1 /5 Clark A. Morgan: Im guessing it is Self Service while shopping? Shouldnt we get the employee pricing plan for doing the job of the employee? Absolutely No Assistance to be Found. I was asked if it has changed since I last visited kohls? The answer is no.

1 /5 Liz Marie: I am never shopping here again. I often shop online and decided to go in person today. I purchased 2 items and put my phone number in for my rewards. I paid and my items and they bagged and handed to me. I continued to walk away being thankful to use my 40 percent rewards. When the cashier demanded I give the bag back and stated they weren’t on sale and needed to charge we more and called her supervisor. I became upset as I had a rewards coupon that they decided to take back. I decided they can keep the items. I will give them a 0. zero
