5 /5 Carol Soriano: The employees at journeys are absolutely amazing. The manager extremely nice and helpful. All the employees were happy and extremely willing to help. You can tell that they have a great manager because they enjoy working there.

5 /5 C G: Went looking for a specific sneaker for my daughter. We were greeted immediately, and allowed to look around without pressure. When ready to try on Roza and Carla were there to assist with smiles. Roza opted to run in the back for the requested size and after trying on 6 different shoes, we found the right size. Roza was pleasant and not bothered by the constant trips to the back. This was my first time shopping at the store and these two young ladies made it very enjoyable. Their customer service was impeccable. If all establishments in the area cared about their customers as much as these two young ladies do, I wouldnt have to travel to Roseville. Thank you ladies and the staff (the girl who smiled from a distance and the young man helping at checkout) at Journeys. You outdid yourselves today!

1 /5 Hadiyatou Diallo: I honestly dont even know how this store is still in business. They never have your size and only have the ugly colorways/styles in stock!! Who in their right mind would try to convince me buy bailey bow uggs when i CLEARLY came for the mini platforms?? I ordered my (out of stock) size at the counter and they said it would be shipped to my house in 3-5 business days. 5 business days later I get an email saying that not only was my order cancelled :) and not only would I be receiving my refund in 7-10 business days :)) but that it will also be in the prehistoric form of a CHECK :))))))) While they did try to accommodate the inconveniences with a $5 coupon (lmfao) I will be taking my heard earned money elsewhere, where it will NOT be played with.

1 /5 Aimee Salgado: We tried returning a pair of mismates at this location that we purchased from a different location. The manager Isaac was rude and unwilling to make an exchange. He argued with us saying that he did not want the inventory to be off. Another female employee involved herself and insulted me and my mother? At one point she said that Im a piece.....and I should zip it. Finally another male employee exchanged the shoes but the verbal insults continued the whole time.My husband and I explained that we live nearby and was inconvient to track back to the other location. They have horrible customer service and the insults were offensive. I would have given negative stars but its not an option.

5 /5 Leo Rowe: Best place for large selection of shoes from Doc Martens to shoes from Toms. Staff is always helpful and eager to please. Ive shopped at Journeys since the late 80s when they opened in Houston.
