The points rewards are considerably less as well. I used to love shopping here but now I get disappointed every time. It’s not worth a visit, you can find same stuff at goodwill and Salvation Army…

Edit: I may have been a bit harsh regarding the employees. Generally speaking they’re fine. One or two may be a bit off putting but overall I don’t have proof of rudeness, it’s just an uncomfortable feeling I get when I’m there.
In response to owner’s response; no, I’m sorry there’s nothing much you can do to entice me back into your store. You have lots of new shoppers, and plenty of good reviews so I don’t doubt you will be successful. My gripe comes from knowing how much I used to like it and now I just don’t even enjoy going in there; like I get kinda mad. Your girls are friendly enough and I don’t have any examples of rudeness or wrong-doing, like I said, they are textbook employees. I just don’t feel happy when I’m there and when I leave with a bag of clothes I don’t feel excited or fulfilled.
