1 /5 Shayla H: I’ve been a customer of Heat Irvine for over two years and have always liked their products, but this recent experience has been really disappointing. I placed an order for graphic tees on September 26 and still haven’t received anything. The order never shipped, and I’ve only gotten one generic response after reaching out multiple times by email and phone. My boyfriend placed an order around the same time and is dealing with the exact same issue — no shipment and no communication. It’s frustrating to see this happen after years of being a loyal customer.

1 /5 Tarra Winchell: Ordered Dec 11, still haven’t received my order a month later. I’ve called 4 times, every time the person I speak with is more clueless than the last. Just trying to get my money back at this point.

1 /5 Harim Coronado: My experience with this company was horrible. I own a small business (print shop) that printed many shirts for this store. Long story short I printed a decent size order for them and never paid me. Please do not do business with the owner Nick love or any or the company staff. I will be filing a small claims civil suit in hopes of getting my money back. Do not buy from here.

1 /5 Gio Payne: Worst customer service ever I walk in and ask for my online order that it will be ready at 11 i paid with a sezzle virtual credit card on there website it shows what I paid with i show them and employee mike was giving me a hard time saying they dont have that size but it was specifically online when I purchased then he gave me hard time when I showed him my virtual card i paid with also my bank card thats connected to it i even showed him my drivers liscence that matches all 3 he then proceeded to call someone else and had my ordered canceled i waisted time to drive to this store to get let down on my purchase ill never support this store again also the employee mike did not want to verify nfc scannable tag on the shirt so I believe what they have in there are knock offs
