5 /5 Mariquita Baluyot: It was very organized, neat & clean. The prices were posted clearly, including all of the clearance & sale items. There is always a Customer service person on the floor ready to help. The had sample fragrance for the ladies. They have original GUESS paper shopping bags. They alw9 have a frequent shopper membership. Overall pleasant shopping experience.

1 /5 Nichole: Don’t buy anything fromThe Guess outlet store in Napa they are extremely rude. I bought a perfume that was packaged so I couldn’t smell it when I opened it and smelled it. It smelled horrible. I came back to return it the next day. They refused to take it back and give me my money back. I wanted to even exchange it for the other perfume they had and they were very rude and not helpful and just flat out would not Help me return it or give me my money back horrible workers!

1 /5 Anne French: Buyer beware - zero customer service and ineffective management. When questioning the amount charged as opposed to ‘sale’ signs, the store manager (who is the only one in the store wearing shorts to work) uses the phrase ‘its store policy’. No customer service, no follow up. One customer definitely not coming back to this store again.

1 /5 Doris R.: The worse Guess factory store I’ve ever shopped. I just came from there today, March 25, 2019. All employees there especially the two ladies never bothered to greet us. Not a single hi hello. No smiles. Very bad attitude. They never bothered to at least talk to us and ask us what we need when they saw us walking around looking for something. Horrible experience. I bought two jeans and actually felt regret that I bought them with how I was treated. These employees seriously need to be retrained for customer service.

1 /5 Melissa Mesquita: I’ve been a customer for many years and always had a good experience with the sales staff and management, till last Month when I tried to exchange a purse which lock was defective and the new manager was extremely rude and nasty saying that she would allow the exchange only for this time because was past the 30 days . When I tried to explained that I purchased the purse and only got to wear it on my trip to LA and that is wasn’t aware of the return police she got even rude saying that she didn’t have to tell me because was written in the receipt.... really does anyone really reads the tiny letters on the receipt.., give me a break you as a new manager should try to attract clients to your store instead of make they run away with your rudeness and poor manager skills . Avoid this store if you don’t want to ruin your day !!!!!
