2 /5 jeni jensen: I needed to make a return because I bought something in the wrong size. I wanted to do an even exchange or get store credit. I wasn’t trying to get my money back and they were so excited to tell me no. I know working in retail for 25 years, there’s always a way to accommodate a customer. I admit I didn’t have my receipt but they didn’t even have the option to track my transaction down to my credit card I used. The sad part is that customer sales associates these days love to tell guests no. I don’t get it. Retail, we can do better. Don’t shop here.
