Im between sizes- so I had her bring in the waist on a few pairs of tailored linen pants, and hem around six pairs of pants. I also had a maxi skirt that was too small on me - she made a new waist for me that fits- using the same button and zipper. Very affordable- Im so grateful I was able to get so many pieces back into my rotation to wear!

1 /5 Allison: I picked up 2 pairs of pants and both pairs were hemmed incorrectly. Both right legs on both pants were longer than the left. I paid for a service that was never done right. I called and explained the problem and she said “it’s not my problem” this lady has always been rude but I couldn’t believe when she said “it’s not my problem.” Be aware of this lady she is rude and before you pay check your pants to make sure they are actually hemmed correctly. I will be going else where. She lost a customer.

1 /5 Kat: Horrible, experience. This woman is beyond rude and told me one of my items wasnt worth fixing because she didnt like the material. She has no business being in the service industry. On top of it she told me my items would be ready at a certain time when I arrived she was not finished and made me wait for a rush process and to add insult to injury I ended up with a parking ticket. All after she told me to be ON TIME. SO, if youre looking to be insulted, berated and pay for a service not worth it.This is your place..

1 /5 Kirk Gusse: Im absolutely astounded by the customer service, or should I say the lack thereof. I walked into the store today to inquire about some alterations for pair of pants that I have. The woman who owns the shop was inexplicably rude and used homophobic slurs as she cursed me out of her shop. I was nothing besides kind and inquisitive and very respectful. I am absolutely disgusted that there are still such discriminatory business owners in our community. I cant speak to her ability or skill as a seamstress or tailor, but as far as Im concerned even if she miraculously spun gold I wouldnt want to give her my business. And I must definitely would never wish upon someone else the treatment that I received.
