4 /5 Jackie O: I had a lovely experience with Miranda who provided great customer service, showed interest in me as a customer, and had a pleasant personality! But I had an unpleasant experience with Grace. She provided no greeting, she made me feel judged, no smile, rudely asked how many items I had in the changing room in a stern voice insinuating I might be a thief?! Free People please hire more employees like Miranda!

4 /5 R.A. Grimes: Disclaimer: not a woman here. But i am married and have a daughter. This is one of their favorite stops at the mall. BOHO extensive collection with a little punk and glam thrown in for good measure. So why 4 stars? The staff here is amazing. Rarely in retail do you find an assortment of people who thoroughly love there job and the place they work at. No snobbery here just people who want to make their customers happy.
