1 /5 Martha: I use to love this boutique , but with change of ownership it’s now more of a furniture store. The selection of clothing is pitiful!!!! Where will I get my chic outfits in Visalia!!!

1 /5 Lorely Davila: I hardly write reviews, but I thought my experience was worth sharing. The workers here are so unfriendly. I come in with a mask (the only one in the entire store) and athleisure wear, and everyone was uncomfortably staring. The worker didn’t even bother mustering a “hello” but every customer subsequently received a warm greeting. I was not offered help even after I showed interest in purchasing shorts. Overall, the workers could clearly benefit from implicit bias and diversity training. DO BETTER. Would not come here again or recommend anyone else come here.

2 /5 G Reese: The clothes and boutique was super cute. Loved the decor of the store. But the reason I only gave it two stars is due to the lack of customer service. When I walked in I was not greeted and while walking around (mind you, I made eye contact with the employees multiple times) I was still not greeted. Being someone who works in customer service, I look for good service, and when it is not given Im not about to spend my money, half of the experience is the service.

1 /5 Store 2448: Such a disappointment, and poor customer service. I ordered online and have been a frequent customer in the past when i went in store to pick it up my order, the girl at the register was rude, not even a smile, or hi how can i help you. Sad because this is a cute boutique here in town, but i will not be going here or buying anything from them again.
