5 /5 Joseph Mello: Cotton on is my favorite store, the employees are chill and helpful, these other reviews are BS. They always have the most stylish clothes and a good amount of options.

1 /5 Jacky Duran: Horrible, rude, untrained employees. We were shopping and mistakenly took down an item that was “display” and an associate RAN behind my underage niece and I yelling that it was a display. She startled us and it could have ended badly if she ran up to the wrong person like that. There is a way to handle things and unfortunately she is clearly not trained to work retail. If that wasn’t bad enough she continued to make snarky gestures and comments to the other female and male working. Please do better COTTON ON Visalia. Train your employees!

1 /5 aaron woods: veryyyyy rude employees. my cashier was talking on the phone while i was waiting to be checked out. took about 5 or so minutes for her to ring me up. when i asked a question on an item she shrugged and didn’t even bother to help. won’t be shopping at this store any time soon.
